How to rock: High-waisted shorts

• Always make sure to add a blazer for that boyish look.
• Have a shirt tucked in. There’s nothing worse than the bumps from zips and everything like that underneath a shirt.
• Now, you can wear it two ways
   - with a tight shirt, you should keep it a simple colour, but I’m also not very fond of colour
  - with a loose shirt, now this can be anything you want, just make sure the shorts are very tight around the waist, so there’s a clear definition of your shorts from your shirt.
• I prefer a simple colour over something bright, so keep it cool with light or dark denims, or a navy blue.
• White high-waisted shorts are also very flatting, or even something in lace, if you’re brave.
• Anyone can wear high-waisted shorts, but it’s all about finding the right pair.
• If you’re fussy, go and find a tailored pair, that will flatter you from every angle
